Sophie Melon has over 15 years’ experience in the retail sector, where she has worked for a number of banners in a variety of fields. Since 2020, she has been Construction Manager for the Rituals cosmetics brand. A job in which human relations and technical skills are central, she defines as the conductor who tunes all the instruments up to the symphony of the store opening.
